Speedway, Indiana (September 23, 2024)………If you’re dreaming of a career in the motorsports industry, this is your opportunity.
USAC will be an exhibitor at the Sports & Entertainment Career Fair hosted by the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, INDYCAR and IMS Productions on Thursday, September 26, from 3-6pm Eastern.

The event, held prior to the start of the opening night of the Driven2SaveLives BC39 Presented by Avanti Windows & Doors at The Dirt Track at Indianapolis Motor Speedway, will take place at the IMS Media Center located inside the infield of the 2.5-mile paved oval. There, you'll have the opportunity to network with some of sports and entertainment's best, who will be on the lookout for top talent.
Event attendees are encouraged to bring several copies of their resume. Among the fields of expertise USAC is seeking out at this point include the following: Race Operations, Logistics, CDL Transport Drivers, Computer Network Engineers, Marketing/Social Media, Merchandise Design & Sales as well as Accounting and Office Management.
Among the organizations other than USAC scheduled to attend the event are the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, INDYCAR, IMS Productions, Indy Sports Corp., NCAA, Indianapolis Colts, Indianapolis Indians, NHRA/Lucas Oil Raceway Park, Dallara, Andretti Autosport, Chip Ganassi Racing, Juncos Hollinger Racing, Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing, Arrow McClaren SP, Team Penske, WIMNA – Women in Motorsports North America and Group 1001.
At arrival/check-in, attendees must enter through tunnel 2 located at 4790 W 16th St. Speedway, IN 46222. The IMS Yellow Shirts will be stationed to direct you further into the track, to the Media Gravel Lot, where you’ll be parking free of charge. Once parked, staff members will greet and escort you. You can begin arriving as early as 1:30pm.
The 2-3pm hour will serve as a dedicated time for set-up and professional networking amongst employers. Water and light refreshments will be provided during this time. Doors will open to attendees at 3pm and remain open until the conclusion of the event at 6pm.
