Formats may be altered from base formats listed here at the discretionof the chief steward.
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifying is two (2) laps to be run consecutively with the fastest lapcounting as the official qualifying time.
HEAT RACES
If 41 or more cars are in competition, five (5) heat races will be heldwith the top four (4) finishers transferring to the feature.
If 28-40 cars are in attendance during an event on a track under a halfmile in length, four (4) heat races will be held with the top five (5)finishers transferring out of each heat.
If 27 cars or less are in attendance during an event on a track under ahalf mile in length, three (3) heat races will be held with the top six (6)finishers transferring out of each heat.
10 laps. Top 6 cars are inverted in each heat race based on qualifyingresults. The fastest car starts 6th, the second fastest car starts 5th and soon. For the 4th row on back, cars will line up straight up, based on theirqualifying times.
HEAT #1:
4 Heats: Cars qualifying 1, 5, 9, 13, 17, 21 will start in invertedorder. Cars qualifying 25, 29, and so on will start behind invert.
3 Heats: Cars qualifying 1, 4, 7, 10, 13, 16 will start in invertedorder. Cars qualifying 19, 22, and so on will start behind invert.
HEAT #2:
4 Heats: Cars qualifying 2, 6, 10, 14, 18, 22 will start in invertedorder. Cars qualifying 26, 30, and so on will start behind invert.
3 Heats: Cars qualifying 2, 5, 8, 11, 14, 17 will start in invertedorder. Cars qualifying 20, 23, and so on will start behind invert.
HEAT #3:
4 Heats: Cars qualifying 3, 7, 11, 15, 19, 23 will start in invertedorder. Cars qualifying 27, 31, and so on will start behind invert.
3 Heats: Cars qualifying 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18 will start in invertedorder. Cars qualifying 21, 24, and so on will start behind invert.
HEAT #4:
Cars qualifying 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, 24 will start in inverted order. Carsqualifying 28, 32 and so on will start behind invert.
C-MAIN (IF NEEDED):
10 laps. Starting lineup will be determinedby heat race finish. Top 4 finishers of the C-Main will start in the last tworows of the semi-feature.
SEMI-FEATURE:
12 laps. The front row starting positions of the semi will be reservedfor the fastest two (2) non-transfers. Starting lineup will be determined byheat race finish from row two on back.
If three (3) heats were held, the top six (6) finishers from the semiwill transfer to the feature.
If four (4) heats were held, the top four (4) finishers from the semiwill transfer to the feature.
If five (5) heats were held, the top four (4) finishers from the semiwill transfer to the feature.
FEATURE:
30 laps. Starting positions determined by qualifying time, 6 fastest atthe front, with the 6 fastest qualifiers who transferred through their heatraces inverted by their qualifying time in the first three rows, positions 1-6.If a heat race winner is not in the top 6 inversion, that driver will line updirectly behind the six-car invert, based on their qualifying time, followed bythe balance of the field based on qualifying time. 24 starting cars (notincluding earned provisionals).
