MOLES ASCENDS TO THE TOP OF USAC EASTERN STORM POINTS

Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania (June 14, 2024)………Mitchel Moles has ascended to the top of the USAC Eastern Storm point standings entering round four of six at Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania’s Williams Grove Speedway on Friday night, June 14.

Moles (Raisin City, Calif.) has finished 12th, 5th and 2nd in his three USAC Eastern Storm starts this week, and now owns a slight three-point edge over 2014 champion Brady Bacon (Broken Arrow, Okla.) with half of the weeklong series complete.

Two-time Eastern Storm titlist Robert Ballou (Rocklin, Calif.) stands third (-9) while 2019 champ C.J. Leary (Greenfield, Ind.) holds the fourth spot (-17).  Opening night Eastern Storm winner Briggs Danner (Allentown, Pa.) occupies fifth in the order (-19).

Eastern Storm feature events this week have been won by Briggs Danner (Grandview Speedway), Brady Bacon (Bridgeport Motorsports Park) and Logan Seavey (Big Diamond Speedway).

On Friday, June 14, at Williams Grove Speedway, pit gates open at 5pm Eastern, front gates at 5:30pm and hot laps at 7pm.
