QUALIFICATIONS
No qualifying.
HEAT RACES
8 laps. Heatrace lineups will be based on the finishing order of Friday’s event. Friday night’s feature winner will receivethe one seed with the second-place finisher getting the second seed, and soon. For Saturday, those seeds, inessence, will act as the official qualifying time.
Thenumber one seed will line up in the 6th position of Saturday’s heat race oneand the number two seed will line up in the 6th position of heat race two, andso forth. From there on, the“traditional” USAC format for a three heat race format will take over with thetop-six transferring/getting their qualifying time back from each of the threeheat races, etc.
HEAT #1:
4 Heats: Cars seeded 1, 5, 9, 13,17, 21 will start in inverted order. Cars seeded 25, 29, and so on will startbehind invert.
3 Heats: Cars seeded 1, 4, 7, 10,13, 16 will start in inverted order. Cars seeded 19, 22, and so on will startbehind invert.
2 Heats: Cars seeded 1, 3, 5, 7,9, 11 will start in inverted order. Cars seeded 13, 15, and so on will startbehind invert.
HEAT #2:
4 Heats: Cars seeded 2, 6, 10,14, 18, 22 will start in inverted order. Cars seeded 26, 30, and so on willstart behind invert.
3 Heats: Cars seeded 2, 5, 8, 11,14, 17 will start in inverted order. Cars seeded 20, 23, and so on will startbehind invert.
2 Heats: Cars seeded 2, 4, 6, 8,10, 12 will start in inverted order. Cars seeded 14, 16 and so on will startbehind invert.
HEAT #3:
4 Heats: Cars seeded 3, 7, 11,15, 19, 23 will start in inverted order. Cars seeded 27, 31, and so on willstart behind invert.
3 Heats: Cars seeded 3, 6, 9, 12,15, 18 will start in inverted order. Cars seeded 21, 24, and so on will startbehind invert.
HEAT #4:
Cars seeded 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, 24will start in inverted order. Cars seeded 28, 32 and so on will start behind invert.
C-MAIN (IF NEEDED):
10 laps. The starting lineup will be determined by heat race finishes. The top-4 finishers of the C-Main will start in the last two rows of the semi-feature.
SEMI-FEATURE: (If Needed)
12 laps. The 14 seeded cars that didnot transfer through the heat races will line up straight-up in thesemi-feature event. Finishers 1-6 earn a spot in the feature event if 4 heatswere held. Finishers 1-7 earn a spot in the feature event if 3 heats were held.
FEATURE:
25 laps. The fastest top-six“seeds” who transfer through the heats will occupy the first three rows ofSaturday’s feature, followed by heat race winners, then the balance of thefield based on their seeds, to set the starting lineup. 24 starting cars (notincluding earned provisionals).
MIDGET TIRE RULES:
Left Front: D12 or D15
Right Front: D12, D15 or D20
Left Rear: D12 or D20
Right Rear: SP3 only
**Right-rear tire will be stampedto be run during qualifications, heat race and feature.
**Changing tire will result inbeing put to the tail of feature. If atire is punctured, it must be verified by series official and replaced with aused tire.
