As for a member of Mini-Indy's board being married to a USAC track's president, I don't see any problem with that. I know of couples where one works for Verizon and the other for AT&T, one for Coke and one for Pepsi, one for Krogers and one for Wal-mart. Should one be forced to quit their job in that situation?
Well, that depends on the position they hold. Your examples are very bland. Denise Thomason is the Secretary of Mini-Indy. She has access to confidential club information. That is a problem.
When you sign up to join Mini-Indy you sign up as a family. If you get a COC everyone is asked to leave the track. I don't see how you can seperate one from the other.
