ROA GETS CRA #1 IN YUMA DEBUT

SERIES RESUMES AT WATSONVILLE 6/15

Brody Roa of Buena Park, Calif. earned his initial AMSOIL USAC/CRA Sprint race feature victory Saturday night in the series’ debut at Cocopah Speedway in Yuma, Ariz.

Roa led all 30 laps in his BR Performance/LA Prep Stinger RC Performance machine, beating Seth Wilson, Cory Kruseman, Mike Spencer and Matt Mitchell to the checkered flag.

Spencer’s finish enabled him to maintain a 32-point lead over Nic Faas going into a June 15 race at Watsonville, Calif. Faas was Saturday night’s fastest qualifier.
