UNPREDICTABLE HANFORD ON TAP SATURDAY FOR 360s

 


The USAC West Coast 360 Sprint Car Series returns for its fourth appearance of the year at Giant Speedway in Hanford, Calif. Saturday and so far the top-three in the series standings have been “shut out” at the 3/8-mile dirt oval.


 


Danny Faria Jr., who is seventh in the standings, and Justyne Hamblin and Bud Kaeding have been the winners so far at Hanford. Hamblin is fourth in points but Kaeding is not in the “top-10.”


 


Series point leader Craig Stidham has a second, third and sixth in the three races at Giant so far. He is 62 points ahead of Davey Pombo in the series standings. Pombo has a second, third and an eighth at Hanford this year.
