PRO SOURCE AWARDS AGAIN BOOST INDIANA SPRINT, MIDGET WEEK CONTINGENCIES

Buck & Betty Rice of ProSource Consultants in Grand Saline, Tex. return in 2008 as contingency sponsors for USAC’s extremely popular Indiana Sprint Week and Indiana Midget Week series.

Indiana Sprint Week spans eight races between July 9 and July 19 and Indiana Midget Week encompasses five events between August 6 and August 10. All races award National Championship points.

The 2008 ProSource “Hard Work and Fast Time Awards” total $5,000 in cash and an additional $2,000 in year-end ProSource “Hard Work Awards” are designated for USAC’s National Sprint and Mopar National Midget Series.

ProSource Consultants provides engineering and project management to Oil & Gas Producers and other Industrial businesses with environmental contamination issues.

The “Hard Work Awards” for Indiana Sprint Week are $250 each and will be distributed to the slowest qualifier who ears a transfer to the feature by qualifying through the heat races or semi, and, on the final night, $500 to the lowest Indiana Sprint Week point earner who makes all eight feature races. These awards are not intended for provisional starters and are awarded to the car/team. Additionally, a $100 “Fast Time Award” is available for each night to be awarded to the driver who sets fast time for the evening.

For Indiana Midget Week, a $200 per event “Hard Work Award” is available, as well as an additional $200 to the lowest Indiana Midget Week point earner who makes all five feature races and a $100 per event “Fast Time Award.”
