VEGAS BULLRING HOSTS WESTERN SPEED2 MIDGET CLOSERS THIS FRI.-SAT.

Las Vegas, Nevada (November 13, 2018)………The 2018 USAC Speed2 Midget campaign closes this weekend with races Friday and Saturday at the Bullring at Las Vegas (Nev.) Motor Speedway. Adam Lemke of Hollister, Calif. leads the standings in both the overall and pavement series entering the two final races.

Farmland, Ind.’s Jessica Bean emerged with her second consecutive USAC Eastern Speed2 Midget championship after rains forced cancellation of last Saturday’s scheduled series finale at Dominion Raceway in Spotsylvania, Va. Bean ended up with a 43-point margin in the final standings over runner-up Nolan Allison. Victories at Williamson and Hickory, N.C. were augmented with three seconds and four thirds in 10 starts.
