QUICK QUINTANA WINS HIS FIRST AT MERIDIAN

Meridian, Idaho (April 15, 2023)………Anthony Quintana raced to the lead nine laps into Saturday night’s USAC Rocky Mountain Radical Focus Midget feature at Idaho’s Meridian Speedway, and in doing so, collected his first career series win.

Driving Jimmy Waters' No. 02, Quintana (Riverton, Utah) assumed the lead of the 25-lap main event on the ninth circuit when he passed Cheyenne Merrill, then led the remaining 17 laps around the 1/4-mile paved oval to score the win.

Fast qualifier and series point leader Devin Westover (Saratoga Springs, Utah) ran second in the feature with A.J. Luttmer (West Jordan, Utah) third.

River Merrill (Salt Lake City, Utah) took fourth with Cheyenne Merrill (Salt Lake City, Utah) fifth after leading the initial eight laps.  Nicholas Escobedo (Kuna, Idaho) rounded out the field in the sixth position.
