BEAN BESTS ‘EM ALL AT KENTUCKY
Whitesville, Kentucky (August 5, 2021)………Jessica Bean once again found the way to victory lane for the record-extending 23rd time of her USAC career, capturing victory in Thursday night’s co-sanctioned USAC Eastern/Radical Focus SpeeD2 Midget feature at Kentucky Motor Speedway in Whitesville.
Bean (Farmland, Ind.) led all 30 laps from start to finish to win her second USAC Eastern SpeeD2 Midget race of the season and her third of 2021 with the Radical series, which was her fifth-straight overall with the series dating back to November of 2020.
Bean now leads both series’ point standings as she tries for a dual USAC championship in 2021.
The four-time and defending Eastern series champion was followed to the stripe by fast qualifier Brady Allum (Gold Hill, N.C.), Hunter Wise (Allentown, Pa.), Sam Mazzo (Burns, Tenn.) and Nathan Byrd (Goodyear, Ariz.).
