SPEED SHIFT TV TO STREAM THIS WEEKEND’S VERMEIL CLASSIC FROM CALISTOGA

The tenth edition of the “Louie Vermeil Classic” from California’s Calistoga Speedway will be streamed LIVE on http://www.SpeedShiftTV.com/ this Saturday and Sunday, September 2nd and 3rd.

The action-packed event features two consecutive nights of complete programs for both the AMSOIL USAC/CRA Sprint Cars as well as the Light Up The World Beverages USAC Western States Midgets on the famed half-mile.  The best of the West Coast take on the National series invaders who aim to take home a coveted “Louie” trophy.

CRA point leader Brody Roa, five-time CRA champ Damion Gardner and defending race winner Ryan Bernal lead the western contingent against National representation from Kevin Thomas, Jr., Tyler Courtney and Chad Boespflug in the sprint car portion of the program.

In the midgets, four-time Western States titlist Ronnie Gardner and reigning Sunday night “Louie” winner Michael Faccinto head a California pack against National invaders Chad Boat, Shane Golobic and the Keith Kunz pack that includes last year’s Saturday night midget winner Tanner Thorson and current National point leader Spencer Bayston, plus versatile racing star Rico Abreu, who will pull double-duty in both the sprint and midget.

Each broadcast features a 150-mile blackout surrounding Calistoga Speedway.  A one-night “Louie Vermeil Classic” pay-per-view package on Speed Shift TV can be purchased for $29.95 while a two-night package is available for the discounted price of $54.95.  Cars hit the track at 5:30pm both nights.

Miss the live show or want to rewatch all the excitement again?  You are covered as http://www.Loudpedal.TV/ will have on-demand coverage the following day after each event.
