I don't know but if you all know anything about computers let me know!!! I was so pissed I couldn't get it up or nothing!!! So Starla called her friend from school and she came over and to be honest I still don't know what the &$$& was wrong with it but the little girl said something like my spy deal wouldn't allow it or whatever the deal was!!! So after that I decided I'm going back to school!!!
So now its ok!!! so thanks for all the help!!!
