I know USAC was looking at eliminating Jr. Stock and changing the age in which Jr's moved up........anything official and if not when might it be?

The 2011 rulebook is posted in the Owners Garage.  The age rule for Jr has changed.  The details are in the rulebook, but basically if your birthday is before May 31 you race Sr the year you turn 9, if it is after May 31 you race Jr that whole year.

Thanks.....found it.   So Jr. Stock is still alive for 2011, interesting.
