Open Wheel Racing in Arizona?

Like all others on this site, I am a big fan of open wheel racing and USAC has been on top when it comes to putting on a great show! Looking at the 2011 schedule I noticed the absence of a stop in Arizona. With losing Manzanita Speedway and Canyon Raceway not providing a track that is worthy of the USAC calliber of cars and drivers. I had accepted that I would be driving to Tuscon's USA Raceway to get my fix of racing action. Now that seems to be no more. Does anyone know why Arizona is losing all the support for open wheel racing? Or even better does anyone know of a new track comming to Phoenix?
