From the registration form:

The designated fuel station is the Speedway Station at the corner of 16th & Georgetown Road.
Purchase 89 Octane. Methanol will not be provided. It is the responsibility of the handler to
provide their own methanol.

It is literally right next to the entry gate of IMS.  The parking lot is small so you might want to park first then get gas.  Make sure you bring your EZ ups as their is no shade and you are parking on black top.
