Title: dual charters Post by: badassfast on November 21, 2008, 09:06:44 PM just one more reason to laugh at qma, look at thier guidelines for dual charters. i would like to thank them for saving all the usac clubs who were seriously thinking of a dual charter the time and money. good job qma you will not have a single club in region 4 within 3 years. ok i will give you indy.
