Who could resist the roar of starting engines as the flags come down? I am sure many would jump at the chance to be part of a team in whatever capacity. The exhilaration that comes with traveling on the racing circuit must be an added attraction to many. However, from a financial point of view joining a team would be more feasible than hiring one!
