Title: KOKOMO ROOKIE DAY 4-18 Post by: worm on April 14, 2009, 09:36:27 PM This coming weekend will be ROOKIE WEEKEND !!
Saturday April 18 at 12 pm we will kick of our first season under the USAC Banner starting out with rookie day! this is open to all new members and old members as well. Long as you have a rookie driver you can come out and participate in this event. We will cover all the basics line ups , double file starts ,,single file starts, cover all the flags. This will also be are first test with the raceceivers. We will also be doing safety checks on all cars please have all your equipment with you. We will have several club members and older drivers on hand to help with set-ups and what ever else happens to come up. All rookies are incouraged to make it to this event. The stands were packed and the area around the display was hectic all night! Hopefully the display generated some interest for some new families to get involved. |
