THOMAS LEADS EASTERN STORM STANDINGS TO WILLIAMS GROVE

THOMAS LEADS EASTERN STORM STANDINGS TO WILLIAMS GROVE

Kevin Thomas, Jr. has taken the point lead of Eastern Storm presented by DMI heading into Thursday’s event at Williams Grove Speedway.  In the first two rounds at Grandview and Lincoln, Thomas recorded a fourth and a third-place finish, respectively.

Grandview winner Brady Bacon dropped to sixth in the standings after a 14th place finish at Lincoln.  Lincoln winner Meseraull moved from 13th in the standings to fourth after his Lincoln victory.

Eastern Storm continues Thursday night at Williams Grove as the USAC AMSOIL Sprint Car National Championship makes its return to the half-mile after a 21-year absence.  Pits open at 5pm.  Cars hit the track 6:45pm.

The following night, Friday, June 16, the Silver Crown cars are back at Williams Grove for the 100-lap “Horn-Schindler Memorial.”

Eastern Storm continues Saturday, June 17 at Port Royal Speedway and concludes Sunday, June 18 at Susquehanna Speedway in York Haven, Pennsylvania.
