SEAVEY LEADS IMW PROSOURCE PASSING MASTER POINTS
Speedway, Indiana (June 17, 2020)………Defending Indiana Midget Week champion Logan Seavey has taken the lead of the Indiana Midget Week ProSource Passing Master standings entering Wednesday’s second round of Indiana Midget Week at Gas City I-69 Speedway.
Seavey passed 14 cars in Tuesday’s IMW opening night feature at Paragon Speedway, finishing eighth after starting 22nd , also earning himself B & W Auto Mart’s Hard Charger honors.
After an issue earlier in the night prevented Seavey and his Reinbold-Underwood Motorsports team from qualifying, Seavey was forced to come from the tail of his heat, missing the transfer by one spot. After winning the C-Main from the tail and finishing fourth in the semi-feature in order to transfer to the feature, Seavey also earned ProSource’s Hard Work Award.
At the end of the week, the driver who advances the most total positions from his or her feature starting spot throughout the entirety of Indiana Midget Week will receive $400 as the ProSource Passing Master. Provisional starters each night are ineligible to receive points toward the passing master total.
Additionally, another $100 each night will go to the Hard Charger courtesy of B & W Auto Mart out of Bloomington, Ind. – the driver who advances the most positions from his or her starting spot during the night’s feature event. Provisional starters are ineligible to receive the nightly $100 bonus.
