5-FOR-5 FOR McMAHILL IN USAC IMRA RUN AT SPOON RIVER

Canton, Illinois (August 6, 2022)………Mark McMahill captured his fifth consecutive USAC Engler IMRA SpeeD2 Midget victory of the season on Saturday night at Spoon River Speedway in Canton, Ill.

The reigning series champ and current point leader from Peoria, Ill. traded the lead early with Austin Archdale before taking over control and leading the rest of the way for his fifth series victory in five tries and sixth consecutive win dating back to last year.

McMahill extended his point lead to 34 by virtue of his while Shane Morgan (Creve Coeur, Ill.) took second, with Jake Sollenberger (Canton, Ill.) third, Patrick Ryan (Springfield, Ill.) fourth and Andy Baugh (Mason City, Ill.) rounding out the top-five.
