The entire Ford Focus program is being reengineered for 2009. Current car owners will find that their investments will be protected and the Ford Focus engine platform will remain consistent. However, substantial program changes are expected in an effort to rapidly expand the seres nationally. Expect announcements in August, with a complete new web platform to support.

A letter to all members for Focus is being prepared and will be mailed in the next 10 days. We have been waiting on finalizing some open issues prior to any major communications.

Rest assured, there will be no changes required for chassis or powerplants in 2009.
