It states on the QMA site that the Impact! Mini "Viper" (I'm sure they mean Vapor) helmets will no longer be allowed in QMA. I for one have 2 of these so a quick call to James and he stated that those helmets will be continue to be allowed to be used in USAC.

The concerns are with the NEW ratings of the current helmets being produced. Older helmets do not carry a K sticker. For Karting use which means K helmets like all other Karting equipment has no fire rating. Buyer BEWARE
