On behalf of the Mac-O-Chee club, we welcome all that will be coming to the GNT/MWT event. Just a few reminders:
For MWT participants, please make sure that you note that all sign-ins are Friday night as we are following the national format so make sure that you are there to sign-in, preregister or have someone sign you in.
For all Heavy AA Participants, on the back of the sign-in card, please fill out sponsors, people you would like to thank, etc., as this is a feature race for our MWT Bob Nock Memorial event. All Heavy AA participants will be recognized.
For all coming, please be patient with those who are volunteering their time to help you park. We have been under the rain clouds and we will park you in the best spot for your vehicle. Also, West Liberty will be having their annual community garage sale (meaning the entire town) on Saturday and the crowds will be out - so make sure you come early if you are coming in the morning. Stay on the 68 and SR245 route to enter the track - do not try to come in the back way.
For those new and using an app to help you arrive, basically get to West Liberty, Oh from US 68 and go east on 245 to the edge of town, the park is on the left and the main entrance is at the far end of the park before the farm fields start.  If an app says to come across SR 245 or SR 287, we would advise you to go to Bellefontaine and come down 68, unless you like the curvy scenic route.
Track fuel is provided, however, if you need fuel for your vehicle, there is a Shell gas station on the corner of US 68 and SR 245 where you turn to come to the track - with both gas and diesel available. There is 1 local IGA grocery store in West Liberty, but it will be closed on Sunday. Walmarts are available in both Bellefontaine and Urbana.
Thanks,
Tina McPherson, MOC President

Also....If you have questions, please feel free to contact any Mac-O-Chee board member. Go to www.macochee.org for contact information. You may call, text or e-mail me and I will get back with you ASAP, however, I am a classroom teacher and do not answer phone calls between 7:50 am -3:20pm.
