Denny Ebert of La Porte, IN passed away in Las Vegas, NV Friday Feb. 26, 2010. Denny and his brother Dave had been to Tuscon last week for the USAC races and had been to the USAC races in Las Vegas Thurs. Denny was an avid fan of open wheel racing. Denny had been to over 200 tracks and between 1500-2000 races in the last 55 years. His first Indy 500 was in 1955, and last May was his 55th consecutive 500. Denny had turned 70 earlier this month. He leaves behind a wife, Susan, and two daughters, Kim and Karen, and many fellow racing fan friends.Rest in Peace from your racing sidekick, Keith "Wick" Wickenhauser.

 One correction, Denny passed away in Flagstaff, Az. Him and his brother had left Las Vegas and were on their way home, and had stopped in Flagstaff for gas.
