You may want to try a local community college.  In my area, they will do both the blasting and powder coating for a small fee.  They use the parts for training.  They did a good job.  Just an idea you may want to check on.

I got the suggestion from one of the short track teams in the area -- they use them for work they need done.  I am sure there will be inconsistency, but for the price, it was fine.

Myron, check out rack processing, they are in Dayton and Piqua and have a VERY quick turn around times, EXCELLENT PRICES and do EXCEPTIONAL WORK!!!  I used them 3 times and they always came through, each with completion within 1-2 days and picked up and delivered to the nearest business drop in our town.

I found a few while looking but the prices were so high it was worth the drive to Dayton.  If you call Craig at Rack Processing, they have a truck that comes to Columbus once or twice a week and you can meet the driver at those locations and drop off and pick up the chassis.  There are two different locations, one by the home depot in westerville and also one down past the fairgrounds.

There prices were the cheapest around!!!
