Rulebook

Hi Folks, future new USAC handler here in NC.   I joined NCQMA late last year just in time to get my kid Novice trained.    Good thing I didn't memorize the QMA rule book ;-)

I'm looking for a complete rulebook for USAC .25 as i'm eager to get a jump on 2010.

I see the "owners garage" here.  And I see five "Appendices".   

Are these the rule books?   An appendix is typically something tacked on to the end of the main book......so i'm wondering if those five PDF's are the full rulebooks all together.

As far as I know those make up the rulebook.  That is what I have been going by anyway.
