Wish we lived closer. Even though we didn't do well in Toledo Mike really likes racing the .25 series.

We will burn a chicken on the grill tonight and consume grain beverages.

Not to sure about the chicken and beverage, but looking outside it is overcast and the streets and sidewalks are dry. Also at 11:00 am the local news station had the following encouragement:
"There are some signs that the threat for severe weather may be shifting  a bit south.  The frontal boundary has drifted to the south a touch, (Southern Indiana/Kentucky) and that’s where the most unstable air has moved for now."

Also, my neighbor has a goat!

It is amazing what we will do to race!!!!  Radar has a small band of rain to the west of Whiteland
then it is clear after that.  I think we will get it in.   Also, if anyone from the Louisville Zoo calls looking for their rare albino alligator, you did not see anything!!!

Right now it is raining so hard it looks like a cow pi$$ing on a flat rock. But it is going to clear up in the next hour and we should be dry by 5:00 pm.
Alligator is good eating, also. Russ brought some to the track one year and fried it up.

I just got off the phone with Rick Thomason and this evenings race has been cancelled due to rain. The next race is in two weeks, 06/24/2009.

Thanks, Steve
