We are very excited to be able to host this years Battle at the Brickyard, and look foward to a fun week. Here are a few items that we wanted to pass along.

Everyone will be required to unhook in order to accomodate parking for all.

We should have in the neighborhood of 50 reserved spots that will be on a first come first serve basis. that will put you in the first couple of rows north of the track.

After talking to the fairgrounds last night they have agreed to let trailers stay after the club races the weekend before the event, however you will need to decide if you would like a reserved spot or not so we will know where to put you for the club races.

With the State Fair coming right after the event the Fairgrounds will do their best to accomodate all that will be camping. They have plenty of full hookup spots, however some are closer to the track than others and will be on a first come first serve basis as well. The charge for a full hookup is $30.00 per night and $25.00 for no hookup. There is a dump station at the back of the fairgrounds and we will not be providing a mobile dump.

The restrooms at the tower will be closed for the event, but there are fairground facilities west of the tower and we will have port-o-lets and a hand washing station

We will be posting on our website a couple of local golf cart vendors for any of you wishing to rent a golf cart. This will be your responsibility to call and make the arrangements.

We have several preffered hotels listed on our website for those of you not camping

If you have any questions or anything that we can help with you can reach me at joelee2@comcast.net or my cell number is 765-208-5681

thank you

Are the Rvs going to be parked at the same place as the 2010 Grands?

the rv's will be at various locations throughout the fairgrounds. the first ones to call and reserve spots will be the closest to the track
