Title: "warm" Tampa Bay car count?
Post by: lnrracing on March 04, 2009, 01:53:04 PM
How many cars are expected to be at the district event in Tampa, March 21?  Who is going, and who isn't going?  Curious to know how many from the Midwest are making the trip!

Was the entry deadline Feb. 20th, or was that only to miss the late fee?  Is there pre race entries at the track?

Rankine Racing is going to Tampa. We are taking cars down for at least 4 other families also. Looking forward to getting out of this cold Ohio weather.

There are 3 or 4 families going from the Indianapolis area.
(Note: I have been informed that you must join a USAC club to race a district event.)

Also, USAC has made the following offer to any USAC members:
"Our large USAC hauler will be heading to the Tampa .25 Midget race next month.  If you know of anyone that would like to put their .25 Midgets in there then fly down the trailer is available at no charge.  Please pass this on to your members."

Thanks!
