Title: Rookie Definition Post by: tim on March 23, 2011, 12:06:11 PM Is it possible for someone to direct me to the area in the USAC rules that defines rookie? I have heard that a driver can race "X" number of times and still be classified as a rookie, but I'm having trouble finding it in either the bylaws or rules. Any help is appreciated.
