Title: Tony Bettenhausen 100 rain date?
Post by: dirtywhiteboy on August 22, 2010, 06:46:46 PM
All I can say is Track Enterprises, USAC, and the Illinois State Fair had better get a rescheduled date set soon for the Tony Bettenhausen 100.  Going into harvest season, I need to alert my employer as soon as possible that I will not be at work to make this race.

Kevin Miller, Get this done. Get a date soon please.  This race fan is too d*mn dedicated to racing to go another year without seeing these cars at Springfield.

Wouldn't be surprised if it isn't rescheduled at all. See Hoosier Hundred 07 & 08 and Du Quoin 09. It's a shame there can't be a plan in place prior to the race date to deal with a rainout. I would like to hear a logical reason why that is not the case.
