I has been a long time since I watched a midget race in person. The Freeport track is long gone. I was at a local car show this weekend. I did see a couple of nice 30's roadsters. What really hit me was what I suspect was a midget or what I think we called TQ's. Painted on the cowling was Stockert Offy #3. Also 67 Champ, 68 Class Champ and 69 Class Champ. I was surprised to see the rope pull starter on the engine. I had no idea they were still running those engines in the late 60's. Can anyone tell where on line to go to research this car?
