Title: Miami Valley Thursday Night Thunder! Post by: Barr on June 17, 2012, 08:57:56 PM Well its that time again!!! The Thursday night Thunder is in full effect!! Our first race was canceled due to scheduling conflicts. The race has been rescheduled. Last year this was a great series we were done by 10 every night, good car counts and a lot of fun! Hope to see everyone out there.
Race dates! June 21st July 12th July 19th August 2nd August 16th Entry Fee Per Car/Class $10.00 Sign-ins 6:00pm – 6:45pm Handlers Meeting 7:00pm Racing starts after meeting. GENERAL INFORMATION 5 Races – There is a total of five races in this series; when calculating points for the end of series, there will be NO throwouts. NO QUALIFYING – A pill draw at sign-ins will be used to determine heat race line-ups. HEAT RACES – Novice and Juniors 10 laps. Seniors 15 laps. 3 lap warm up. No points are awarded for heat race finish. FEATURE – Feature line ups will be determined by heat race finish. Feature line ups will be straight up with no inversion. We have three more races left this season. For those of you who are worried about getting home late, we were done last night at 9:45. The next race will be Thursday July 19th.
