The brake cleaner worked on some, but didn't even touch some of the others. I have found that dipping a q-tip in some Berrymans Chem Dip and setting that on the seal paint will soften it up after a few minutes. Then most of it comes off pretty easy. I just don't want get that stuff all over everything either.
There is one layer of red paint that just won't come off without picking at it, must have been some heavy duty seal paint.
I just prefer to start off next season with everything nice and clean. Plus, I really hope the officials know where to put the seal paint without relying on the person that sealed it at the last event being right.
