MASSINGILL FINISHES UNDEFEATED WEEKEND WITH WIN AT CIRCLE CITY

Indianapolis, Indiana (May 15, 2022)………Bryce Massingill finished his weekend undefeated in USAC Midwest Thunder SpeeD2 Midget competition with his second-straight victory on Sunday night at Circle City Raceway in Indianapolis, Ind.

Massingill (Troy, Ohio) became the first two-time series winner at the track following his victory at Circle City in September of 2021.

Two days after striking gold with a score in Friday’s Mike Streicher Memorial at Ohio’s Limaland Motorsports Park, Massingill raced to the lead at Circle City on lap nine of the 20-lap feature after starting back in the eighth position.  Massingill assumed the race lead from Stratton Briggs (Anna, Ohio), who led the opening eight circuits.

Michael Magic (Winder, Ga.) charged from 9th to finish 2nd while Briggs, Ian Creager (Covington, Ohio) and Josh Yenser (Hilliard, Ohio) rounded out the top-five.
